AntiCheat & Dupe Protection
What the anti-cheat checks, why perks and pets never flag — and what the dupe protection for sorting systems is called.
AntiCheat
Veylor runs its own anti-cheat with over 30 checks — movement, combat, mining, inventory, packets. For honest players this basically means: a fair server. Still, there are a few things you should know.
False alarms fade away
Suspicious activity accumulates points that fade away on their own. A single lag spike won't affect you — only repeated, clear‑cut behavior has consequences.
Your features don't get flagged
Everything the server gives you is known to the anti‑cheat: Perks like Void Step and Breeze Soles, Custom Enchants , Pet abilities, wind charges, mace jumps, Elytra transitions. If you still get reset because of them, that's a bug — /bugreport helps everyone.
Dupe protection: what applies to sorting systems
The part with practical consequences. To prevent dupe exploits, the following applies:
- Funnels, droppers and dispensers do not move Shulker boxes or filled bundles. A sorting system that pushes Shulker boxes along hopper lines won't work — you have to carry Shulker boxes yourself; loose items flow normally.
- Manual handling is always allowed: placing bundles and Shulker boxes into chests by hand is completely fine.
- Shulker‑in‑Shulker is blocked.
- Chests cannot be broken while someone has them open.
Nothing happens to you — the movement is simply silently blocked. There's no penalty for trying it out.
No kick for standing AFK
Being AFK is allowed: after 7 minutes you are marked as away, after 15 you are teleported to spawn — no one gets kicked. However, note §17 of the rules : farms may run while you are playing, not while you are AFK.
