Automatic data

When you visit our website, we collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and time. This serves the security and stability of our service.

Contact requests

If you use our contact form or the application portal, we store your details to process your request and for any follow-up questions.

Analytics tracker

To further optimize our website and content, we use a self-developed, GDPR-compliant analytics system on our own infrastructure. This system works 100% without cookies and collects no personal data.

  • ✅ No cookies: No tracking files are stored on your device.
  • ✅ Anonymization: IPs are immediately combined with the user agent and irreversibly hashed.
  • ✅ Self-hosted: All collected (anonymous) data stays on our own MongoDB server in our custody.
  • ✅ No cross-site tracking: The hashed IDs change daily. Tracking across multiple days or websites is technically impossible.

Unban requests

For unban requests we process your player name (UUID), reasons and contact details (Discord/email).

Access is secured via a unique token link. Without it, no details can be viewed.

IP addresses or user-agent data are not stored in the audit logs of this process, to maximize your privacy.

This website is hosted on a dedicated server at Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) and managed via Coolify. All data remains on servers in Germany. Spam protection

To protect against automated attacks and spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Technical data (e.g. IP address, browser behavior) is transmitted to Cloudflare to distinguish humans from machines.
