The Deathchest System ensures that your hard‑earned items don’t simply lie on the ground and despawn when you suddenly die in‑game. As soon as you die, a death chest is automatically generated at the exact spot of your death, safely containing your entire inventory.

⚙️ How it works & mechanics

  • Safe spawn location: The system automatically searches for a free block for your chest at the point of death. It checks up to 5 blocks upward to find the optimal spot. If no space is free, the highest block at those coordinates is used as a fallback.

  • Hologram timer: A floating hologram appears above the death chest. It shows who the chest belongs to and how much time remains before it expires.

  • Durability: A chest lasts for exactly 30 minutes. If it isn’t opened within that time, the timer runs out, the chest disappears, and its contents are lost forever.

  • Virtual opening: When you interact with the chest, its contents are loaded into a safe, virtual graphical user interface (GUI) from which you can conveniently collect your items.

📍 Teleporting to the death shrine

If you died far away from your home base, you can teleport directly to your chest to prevent loss.

  • Cost: Each teleport to a death chest costs a fee of 5,000 Coins, which is deducted directly from your account.
