Bug Reports (Report Bugs)

Veylor is currently in the Rewind Beta. To ensure a smooth player experience, we rely on your help. If you find a bug, please report it immediately.

How to report a bug

You can start the process in two ways:

  • Command: Type /bugreport in chat.
  • NPC: Find the Bugreport NPC (a conspicuous slime in a suit) at spawn and right‑click it.
  • Direct link: You can also access the form directly at veylor.net/bugreport .

📋 Reporting Procedure

As soon as you run the command or click the NPC, a message will appear in your chat.

  1. Open link: Click the yellow text "CLICK HERE TO GO TO THE FORM!".
  2. Fill out the form: You’ll be redirected to veylor.net/bugreport . There you must provide the following information:
    • Identity: Your Minecraft name and Discord tag for follow‑up.
    • Bug details: A concise title and a thorough description of the issue.
    • Reproduction: Step‑by‑step instructions on how we can replicate the bug.
    • Expected behavior: What should have happened instead?
    • Urgency: Choose Low, Medium, High, or Critical.

📸 Attachments & Evidence

Visual evidence helps us fix bugs quickly:

  • Screenshots: You can upload images directly in the form.
  • Details: Make sure important information (like chat error messages) is clearly visible in the pictures.

⚠️ Important notes

Please use the bug‑report system only for genuine technical issues. Support requests (e.g., lost items) should still be handled through the Discord ticket system.

  • Honesty: Deliberately exploiting bugs (“bug‑using”) without reporting them can result in a server ban.

A well‑filled bug report with clear reproduction steps helps our developers locate and fix the issue much faster!
